My cutness has enticed you to read on!

Ha-ha....you're back reading all about ME! I knew you would not be able to stop, once my mom sent you my original post. (Yes, I must admit, Pooka has been giving me lessons in conceitedness), but it's easy to be full of myself...because whenever someone sees me, they just HAVE to pet me and say how cute I am. One by one, I will win over the world with my cuteness.

The picture above was taken on Easter Sunday. Pooka and Cro`i got an Easter basket from some bunny guy who seems to visit houses once a year. I too got a basket which consisted of a pink chewy thing, a denta-bone, a bag of Mother Hubbard puppy biscuits, and some other bone thingy's. Yep...life is good, living here with my family, and the Easter bunny guy visiting. On Easter, mom was watching some old movie called 'The Wizard Of Oz' which had some dog sitting in a basket. Then she got the bright idea that her and I could be Dorothy & Toto for Halloween (whatever the heck that is), thus my being plunked in the basket. I didn't really care for being plunked in the basket and let the family know this. So mommy doesn't think we'll be this Dorothy & Toto duo. Instead she's going back to her original plan of a hoochie pirate, and I'll be something Disney. Can anyone tell me what a hoochie is?

On March 30, mommy decided to give me an oatmeal bath because my skin has been soooooo itchy. I don't know why I am itchy, but someone said use oatmeal. I was scratching so badly, my furs were coming off in spots. But I go back to the vet on April 4th for a follow-up visit, and (yuck) a shot in my butt. Supposedly I have to get a round of three shots. It's to keep me healthy and allow me to play with other dogs.

Don't be looking at my nippy-s yo!

Here is me sleeping with my buddy Barry in my favorite pink bed. Mommy and Aunt Ida named him Barry after some Irish dude who chases Ghosts. They loooooooooooooove him! I love to take naps, and if I don't have mommy or Aunt Idie to cuddle up on, Barry is my go-to guy. Until next time.......I hear my bed calling me!

Hi! I'm Lola! Try to withstand my cuteness

Hello everyone, my name is Lola Ariel. I'm a pocket puggle, and live with the best family in the world. I have a mom (Rose), an aunt (Ida), a grandmom (Lucretia), and some funny looking siblings Pooka and Cro`i (they're cats.)

I was actually born on January 7, 2008, and was the runt of the litter. I'm not too sure where my littermates are as they were sold off by a breeder who was very kind to us. But I joined my family on March 15, 2008 and it has been quite the week.

The first people of my family that I met was: my mom, my Uncle Nelson and cousin Karen. Aunt Ida sat waiting for me in the car. On the ride home, we listened to the Broadway channel on Sirrius, and they played music from 'The Little Mermaid'. I loved the music, it was sooo soothing, and it helped me adjust to my family easily. The next person I met was my grandmom and Pooka and Cro`i. Grandmom was shocked at how small I am. I was shocked at how big my family is. Pooka and Cro`i seem to be taking a long time to adjust to me, but my cuteness will ware them down. :-p

I hadn't been feeling too well last Sunday, as my tummy made me have the poopies. But my family made sure I was comfy, and was very concerned. On Monday, 3/17/08 I went to the puppy doctor. They weighed me and announced that I am a whooping two pounds. The also wanted a sample of my poop to make sure I didn't have bugs in my belly. Mom brought them my poop and it turns out I have a parasite, which is known as cococcia. So I am on two medications: (1) to firm up my poop, and (1) to get ride of the parasite. Tomorrow is the last day of the poop firming medicine and on 4/1/08 I should be finished with the antibiotic.

I am very loveable. I love riding in the car, giving kisses, playing fetch with a little ball. If the family has to go out, they put the broadway channel on tv for me, or I watch Disney cartoons. My favorite color is pink, and in fact grandmom and my mom picked out a sweater for me in shades of pink. Aunt Ida bought me an oh-so-comfy pink bed. I love it, aside from sleeping on Aunt Ida or my mom, the bed is the most comfortable thing in the world. I also have a set of bunny slippers, but haven't tried them on yet as they only came in the mail today.

So that's about it. I have been out on the town almost every day. Wait, it HAS been every day this past week. Being that I am so little (just about 10 weeks old), I get tired very easily and sleep alot. Yesterday I heard a big noise which scared me, and I ran and hid under the couch. Pooka helped Aunt Ida and mom look for me. And that's all I have to share with you for now. I hope you continue to check my blog to hear about my growth and adventures.
